• Kristen teaches all levels of the Enneagram. She offer classes, workshops and ongoing group work. Her approach includes teachings from Don Riso, Russ Hudson, Sandra Maitri, and A.H. Almaas (founder of the Diamond Heart approach to inner work).

According to Almaas, no amount of work on the personality can free us. We must learn to change our mind at a level beneath personality to open to the Essential States and Highest Qualities of our True Nature.

• Kristen includes meditation, the process of inquiry, creative expression and group sharing in her work.

• Kristen is a Licensed Professional Counselor and works with individuals, couples and families, including children.
